Golden Rockweed

Golden rockweed is also a member of the fucus family and contains all the same health benefits. Golden rockweed is one of our favorite seaweeds to have available at all times in our refrigerator. Our kids absolutely love fresh ramen with some golden rockweed thrown in.

I like to think of golden rockweed as the asparagus of the sea. When blanched, it will turn bright green and can be an excellent replacement for land vegetables.
